How long will it take to receive approval for my treatment?

How can I find out the cost of medical services?

A specialist will inform you of the cost of treatment after reviewing your medical records and clarifying the details of your treatment.

How can I pay for services?

Payment for services can be made by bank card or in cash. Legal entities and insurance companies can pay by bank transfer based on the invoice.

To sign a contract and pay for outpatient or inpatient services, please contact the Commercial Medical Services Department (Building No. 21). Patients are admitted daily from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

To sign a contract and pay for laboratory services, please contact the Laboratory Diagnostics Department reception desk (Building No. 1, Entrance No. 2). Patients are admitted on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Copies of your medical records.

Can I bring my relatives for treatment?

Yes, you can bring your relatives. However, relatives can also travel to Russia independently, obtaining a tourist visa if necessary.

What language will I be able to communicate in at the clinic?

We will provide interpreter services if needed.

Can children undergo treatment at the clinic?

Any citizen, including those under 18 years of age, can receive emergency medical care.

The N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine of the Moscow Health Department provides scheduled medical care to adults aged 18 and older.

In exceptional cases, with the approval of the Moscow Department of Health, the N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine of the Moscow Health Department can provide high-tech medical care to children aged 14 and older.

How can my relatives get information about my health condition?

Patient information is provided to:
- the patient;
- the patient's legal representative (parents of minors; guardians of incapacitated citizens and trustees of individuals with limited legal capacity based on a court decision);
- the patient's representative by power of attorney;
- the person specified in the informed voluntary consent for medical intervention or in the consent to provide information constituting a medical secret (hereinafter referred to as consent).
These consent forms are completed by the patient (or the patient's legal representative) upon admission to the Institute.
If the patient is unable to write or sign consent due to objective physical reasons, they express their will orally, and the information is recorded by the attending physician (on duty) in the presence of two Institute staff members (with three signatures). If the patient was not conscious upon admission, consent is completed as consciousness returns.
Patient information is provided in person (during a personal interview). Information may be provided in absentia (via the telephone number specified in the consent) to the persons specified in paragraph 1 only after they confirm their identity and authority.
- The identity of a citizen who has applied to the Institute for patient information is verified by presenting a passport.
- The authority of a guardian of an incapacitated citizen and a trustee of a person with limited legal capacity is confirmed by presentation of a court decision.
